Track Meet at Capital Christian School

There is a Free pancake breakfast which will serve from 7:30 to 9am.

Lunch will be provided to athletes and coaches from 11am to 1 pm

The schedule of events is listed below.  The first event will start at 9am and events will run in this order. Note we will be running several divisions together in many heats,  Each division will be awarded separately.   Relays will be run at the end if time allows.

1500 walk (1 heat)

1500 run (1 heat)

Softball throw (8 heat)

TurboJav (9 heats)

200 meter run (11 heats)

25 meter walk (2 heats)

25 meter run (6 heats)

400 meter run (4 heats)

400 meter walk (3 heats)

Running and standing long jump ( 3 athletes)

Shot putt (7 heats)

50 meter run (8 heats)

50 meter walk (6 heats)

800 meter run (3 heats)

800 meter walk (1 heat)

100 meter run (17 heats)
